How the time works
Strategy sessions: 60 minutes, agenda driven. We advise, you decide.
Hands-on project hours: We do the work (dashboards, SOPs, cash flow models, contract reviews), live with you or behind the scenes.
Business days: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern, excluding holidays.
Program terms
Assessment credit: Apply your full assessment fee to your first month when you enroll within 30 days.
Commitment: Month to month. Upgrade any time as your needs grow.
Project hours: Unused hours expire at the end of each month.
